Issued to appeal to overseas collectors, a charming model in a very unlikely colour scheme. First issue models have a raised plate on the windscreen bulkhead behind where the rear of the bonnet locates (pic.1). This first issue does not come fully to the sides and there is a gap where the bonnet meets the bulkhead. Later this plate was widened to close the gap. Other casting changes were the small brace added to the rear of the running board to the body and the original open gaps between the rear number plate and the lights was closed up.

It went from a 4 prong spare wheel to a 3 prong and the steering wheel went from metal to black plastic.(pic.3)
